ASIF Ignite Africa – Cohort 1

About This Opportunity

ASIF Ignite Africa – Cohort 1 is an 8-week fully remote accelerator programme organized by BFA Global for early-stage African founders developing climate adaptation and resilience solutions for vulnerable communities.

The programme is designed for entrepreneurs who have already built a working prototype such as an application, hardware device, AI model, digital platform, or service, but need to validate it with real users before scaling.

Participants receive intensive support to refine their products, test market demand, integrate artificial intelligence where appropriate, and strengthen their business models. The programme combines expert mentorship, practical workshops, and customer validation to help founders build evidence of impact and investment readiness.

The programme particularly welcomes ventures working in climate-smart agriculture, agrifood systems, digital agriculture, water management, renewable energy, environmental sustainability, and AI-enabled climate solutions.
