Call for Proposals – Youth Agribusiness Projects for the EABC Investment Projects Catalogue (IPC)

About This Opportunity

The East African Community (EAC) Secretariat, in collaboration with the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) and the East African Business Council (EABC), invites youth-led and youth-owned agribusiness and agro-processing enterprises across the EAC Partner States to submit bankable and near-bankable investment projects for inclusion in the East Africa Investment Projects Catalogue (IPC), which will be showcased at the East Africa CEO & Investment Forum 2026.

This is an opportunity for eligible enterprises to gain visibility among investment promotion agencies, development finance institutions, commercial banks, investors, and other capital providers.

Who can apply • Youth-led or youth-owned businesses registered in an EAC Partner State. • Agribusiness and agro-processing ventures, including value addition, aggregation, storage, cold chain, agri-finance, climate-smart supply chains, and related sectors. • Businesses normally operating for two or more years and generating revenue. Early-stage, greenfield, or special-purpose projects may also qualify if they have a credible financial model, an identified sponsor, and a clear financing need.

Applications must include the required project information, supporting documents, and the completed Disclosure Authorisation and Source Attribution Form.
